In short, both and more!
DIB offers multiple account types; Deposit Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposit Accounts; these are available to both businesses and individuals. It is important to note that we use the term “Deposit Account” instead of “Checking Account” because we do not provide checks.
We are constantly working on expanding and improving our offerings and will update the website accordingly.
The security key is used to execute transactions in the online portal and is only provided once, upon the opening of your account so that if anyone were to somehow gain access to your account, they could not perform any transactions. It is for this reason that we ask you to write it down and store it somewhere private and safe.
Should you lose or forget your security key, you can contact your designated account executive and she/he will help you to request a new one.
